Initial Purchase
When you purchase a PZFlex license, you receive installation packages for all of the Windows and Linux operating systems that we support. A portable USB dongle is provided to facilitate transfer of the program among your various computers, eliminating the need for multiple licenses. PZFlex is available in two versions, Professional and Standard, which are almost identical save for purchase price and model size. Standard is targeted at small to mid-sized companies for entry into the marketplace.

The purchase price of PZFlex Professional includes a comprehensive user manual, command reference, and a year of code maintenance and telephone/e-mail support from our technical assistance team. A two-day training course at our offices in Mountain View, California, is provided at no extra cost; on-site training is additional.

Both versions of PZFlex now come bundled with SolidWorks at no additional cost.

Continuing Maintenance
Development is ongoing, as our designers do extensive consulting and are very conscious of the marketplace. After the first year, you may choose to take advantage of our extended maintenance contract, which costs 15% to 20% of your initial outlay per year per site. It entitles you to receive continuing code maintenance and telephone/email support, as well as any feature updates or program upgrades made during your contract period.

Special Arrangements
Initial costs may be distributed over one or two years. Academic institutions are granted a substantial discount up to 75% of full retail value for educational use and/or for not-for-profit research. Flexible consulting services are available to help you simulate unique problems or devices.

Leasing
Leasing at competitive prices can be arranged for companies facing short computation deadlines or for start-ups hoping to attract capital. The lease expires after six months, but you can renew for an additional six months or upgrade to a full license at reduced rates that take the lease cost into account.
